This project is about our planet earth and what we can do to keep it safe, clean and healthy.
A
monster has kidnapped Earth and locks her in a castle. He sends a
little owl with a map and a message to our schools with what we can do
to save it. The children will become Earth Heroes and will have the
mission to set Earth free. To do this they must solve 6 STEAM
challenges, one per month, leading to six puzzle pieces for the
castle key.
All challenges must be completed by Earth day. On Earth day we finally free Earth and celebrate her day.
Earth
heroes protect everyone that lives on our planet. This includes people,
the animals and everything in nature, like flowers, plants and trees.
In
our quest to free Earth we will learn about how important it is to take
care of Earth. It is the only home we have. It provides us with food
and water. It gives us a place to run and play. It’s a living entity.
So let's take care of it and after all it is the only planet we have to
live on.
